It Pays To Do Business With Farm Credit
Farm Credit does something no other lender does. We share our profits with our borrowers. Because we are a cooperative, we operate for the benefit of our customers. For years, we have reduced the cost of borrowing through our Patronage Refund Program (return of profits to members) and we will do it for you. Since 1988, Farm Credit of North Florida has refunded almost 80 million dollars in patronage or profit sharing to our member/borrowers. Recently over 4 million dollars in cash was returned to eligible borrowers. This resulted in over 11% of the customer/members 2004 interest expense being returned to them due to the cooperative structure of Farm Credit.
